At Healthy Eats & Nutrition, we strive to provide fast, fresh, and reliable meal delivery. To ensure the best service for all our customers, we’ve outlined the following cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Before Preparation Begins:
  You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided food preparation has not started. Cancellations during this period are eligible for a full refund.

• After Preparation Begins:
  Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. However, you may still request a cancellation through our customer support for review.

• Scheduled Orders:
  For orders scheduled in advance, you may cancel up to 30 minutes before the scheduled preparation time for a full refund.
