1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Preparation Begins:
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided food preparation has not started. Cancellations during this period are eligible for a full refund. -
After Preparation Begins:
Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. However, you may still request a cancellation through our customer support for review. -
Scheduled Orders:
For orders scheduled in advance, you may cancel up to 30 minutes before the scheduled preparation time for a full refund.
